All who file an OGE Form 450 may fulfill mandatory annual ethics training requirements either in-person or on-line. Filers must complete this training by COB 30 November 2026
In-Person
In-person annual ethics training will be presented on the following dates, locations, and times. Note that the classes will take place in the Pentagon Conference Center, Rooms B8 and B6.

Once you have successfully completed the course test you will receive your completion certificate. If you are an Army Secretariat Financial Disclosure filer, send this certificate to Army OGC E&F inbox: usarmy.pentagon.hqda-ogc.mbx.ef@army.mil.
If you are not an Army Secretariat Financial Disclosure filer, check with your ethics program manager.
THE ARMY SECRETARIAT WILL NOT FORWARD, and WILL DISCARD, ANY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION EMAILED TO THE ARMY OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL ETHICS AND FISCAL EMAIL INBOX IF THE FILER IS NOT AN ARMY SECRETARIAT FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE REPORT FILER.
